I did swap them and did the test, the games I had issue whit are now running without any issue. I just put the old cpu back and it worked without any problems. So the cpu is well defective. Thanks for your help.

Yes. I will try it starting of the week, before the RMA so if it works whit the I5 then it is the CPU, if not then the issue is somewhere else

I forgot to mention my CPU temps are weird, it goes up down up down high low etc. Even on the desktop, I looked trough the intel tuning ap and the temps just goes nuts, I have a new corsair water cooler and noctua nt h1 so good stuff

Nope, just the game itself crashes at launch, all the UE5 ones. But Wild assault that uses the same anti cheat worked too. But I don’t think it’s the anti cheat cause it runs on DX11 and not on DX12, on the official Fortnite page it’s write they have issues whit the 13/14 gen and if it crashes...
