Restarting PC

Hello,
My problem is that when I turn on the computer or turn on after sleep mode, it reboots 2-3 times, then a blue screen - and then turns on and works fine. But every time it turns on - the problem starts again.

The computer is clean, no dust, I reinstall Windows, but the problem is still the same
My setup:
Intel Core i7 14700K
Patriot Memory Viper Venom 2x16GB 6000Mhz CL36
Asrock B760 Pro RS WIFI moederbord
Silverstone DA850-G 850W 80+ Gold Full-Modulair PSU / PC voeding
be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4
Lexar NM710 2TB PCI Express 4X4 NVMe M.2 SSD
Arctic Liquid Freezer II

Is the RAM listed on the motherboard's QVL (Qualified Vendor List)?

You can check this on the manufacturer's website to see if the RAM is supported.
If it’s not, this could be a possible cause of the BSOD (Blue Screen of Death).

What you could try is running a Memtest.
You can do this with the software provided below.
