Hello, i have stability issues and crashes on my 1/2 months old CPU

My build is the following

CPU Intel I9 14900K NEW
GPU RTX 3090 USED
RAM Gskills trident Z 64gb 4400mhz NEW
MB MSI PROZ790 A Wifi DDR4 USED
PSU MSI 850W gold NEW
SSD M2 990PRO Samsung NEW
Coller, Corsair water coller twin fan 240mm H100X elite

I Cant launch the new oblivion remaster, crash on startup

Same for fortnite in DX12

Same for stalker 2

I had issues in Wild assault ( also unreal engine )

The other games works but performace isnt there for the build even in low quality.

I have error messages about low video memmory but how would that happen on an 3090 with 24gb of vram on a game like fortnite.

I read about the damage to the cpu because on the MB having no limits in power voltage.

I checked and my BIOS is up to date...

Reading about on the internet i think my CPU got issues...

Would an RMA be a good idea if its already failing after 2 months?

ON my old I7 12... it worked without issues and the build only got a new SSD and CPU so it wont be the other components since the issue started only with the I9 14gen

Anny idea guys? .....

u should figure out, what causes the crashes

run some stress tests. u can use furmark to stress the gpu. u can use aida64/prime95/occt for system stability testing. keep temps in check while testing. test with different gpu, if possible. if not, run stress tests without gpu and put ur hdmi cable into ur motherboard.

The GPU works fine, I upgraded my PC 2 months Ago from an I5 13600K and before the cpu upgrade it run perfectly.

My main issue are games under unreal 5 engine like stalker, Fortnite, oblivion remaster.

As read on the internet they are very CPU demanding and run fine on my I5 so why not on my I9? And it’s not even it is stressed because it crashes in startup on every game.

But I can Run cyberpunk in full ultra at 80FPS stable without issue and all other games except the unreal 5 ones.

Nope, just the game itself crashes at launch, all the UE5 ones. But Wild assault that uses the same anti cheat worked too. But I don’t think it’s the anti cheat cause it runs on DX11 and not on DX12, on the official Fortnite page it’s write they have issues whit the 13/14 gen and if it crashes on DX12 the CPU may be damaged.

Cause it worked on my I5 flawlessly. And not on my I9 so the main system didn’t changed, issues only appaired once I got my I9

But I always got an message, out of video memory.

And all forums says it is the CPU and not the GPU.

In other games even in Ultra there is no struggle,

Even on my big unity projects.

I forgot to mention my CPU temps are weird, it goes up down up down high low etc. Even on the desktop, I looked trough the intel tuning ap and the temps just goes nuts, I have a new corsair water cooler and noctua nt h1 so good stuff
