Infinite BSOD

My computer started getting BSOD on the 10th of March, and on the 11th of March, it went into an infinite loop of BSOD.

I have tried the following as possible solutions:

CHKDISK, sfc /scannow, DISM health, bdc boot fix, etc. These only fixed the issue temporarily, and a few minutes/hours later, the BSODs are back.

Update my Windows from 10 to 11.

Since I have 4x 8 GB RAM sticks, I have also tried one of each in 1 slot; this also gave me a BSOD. Some things I have noticed are that sometimes I am able to boot just fine, and it starts giving me a BSOD again. However, in safe mode, it is fine. There are times when it is also gives me a BSOD during startup or in the installer (USB creation media)

Today, I cleaned the whole startup disk (Disk C🙂 and reinstalled Windows 11, and I am still getting BSOD. Please note that I have never overclocked any hardware. This leads me to believe that one of the hardware components is experiencing an issue. Might be related to the RAM, CPU or the motherboard. How can I be fully sure of this?

Here are the following error messages I have gotten from the BSOD:

  1. KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
  2. SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
  3. PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
  4. DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
  5. CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED
  6. APC_INDEX_MISMATCH
  7. ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY
  8. REGISTRY_FILTER_DRIVER_EXCEPTION
  9. DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION
  10. MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
  11. SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
  12. IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

CPU: Intel Core i5 13600K
Motherboard: MSI PRO Z790-P WIFI DDR4
RAM: 4x 8GB CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO 3200 MHz (default speed 2133 MHz)

I have also tried removing the CMOS battery and putting it back in after 30 minutes.
I have updated the BIOS to the latest version.
