Ja wie gaat er nu in de toekomst nog proberen eentje vast te krijgen. Volgens mij gaat de site elke keer crashen als er een nieuwe batch is. Waarom houden ze ook de prijzen geheim dat is toch bullshit ze weten goed genoeg wat de prijzen gaan zijn. Verder ook nog ze zeggen weer niks over de voorraad? Welke gaan ze nog binnenkrijgen en hoeveel juist? Open communicatie zou wel welkom zijn. Ik hoop ook dat ze mensen blokken die al reeds een 50 series videokaart aangekocht hebben.

Maar we begrijpen dat dit onpraktisch is, daarom gaan we vanaf morgen vóór dat er kaarten beschikbaar komen, op het forum alvast prijzen doorgeven! Ik hoop dat dit een oplossing voor je biedt.

Hi Shevok, a lot of questions have been answered before, but i imagine it might be hard to find because of the length of the topic.
We will provide you with an update tomorrow, for both RTX5080 and RTX5090 and as stated above, we will inform you about prices before we put them online.

We dont take backorders because the information about coming stock is unclear, and we want to avoid selling cards, while we might be unable to deliver them in a short time.

We will try and update you as best as we can!

We understand your frustration. It is a technical point that we do not show a price for an undeliverable item. If we do show this, a product can be ordered immediately and we do not want to accept backorders because availability is uncertain.

But we understand that this is impractical, so from tomorrow before tickets become available, we will pass on prices on the forum! I hope this provides a solution for you.

I've been on this forum since before it even allowed comments, and I see you answering individual questions but not updating the main page with relevant info when it applies to more than one person.

You previously mentioned that backorders would be accepted to a limited extent due to stock uncertainty, but now you're saying you aren’t taking any at all. Which is it?

Also, not showing the prices is incredibly dumb. Every other website does, and we’ve already seen how inflated your Inno3DX listing was. People should know the price of what they're buying instead of waiting until it's available. Stop making excuses.

I’ve been following this forum closely for weeks, so I’m fully aware of everything that’s been discussed. That’s why I can confidently say that some of the things you’ve mentioned don’t add up.

And I’ll say it again, keeping prices hidden when most other shops have them listed is a very dumb decision from a customer’s perspective. We want to know what we can actually get, not just hope that a card falls under a certain price

Jullie verkopen een Inno3D 5090 voor 3100,-.
Deze tekorten zijn voor niemand leuk, voor jullie niet en voor de klant niet. Net als bij de 9800X3D.
Maar het is wel een keuze om structueel er zo'n belachelijke prijs aan te binden. Dat doen niet alle winkels, maar jullie wel.

Verkocht worden ze toch wel, en voor dat soort prijzen mag de volgende klant hem van mij gerust hebben. Maar om dan iedereen hier aan een lijntje te gaan houden met mooie verhalen terwijl dit vanaf dag 1 al duidelijk was voor jullie, tja.

yup, but even if you try to manually add a GPU that isn't available yet, it simply won’t work.

I tried adding the Inno3DX manually (made a simple url shortcut script) during the sale and it did go into my cart, but then the website crashed. So the argument about preventing immediate orders by hiding prices doesn’t really hold up until they turn on the switch 🤣

Also i'm mad about it that Nvidia stop preducing RTX 4090 cards, to force us to take new cards that we are not able to buy... (Oh and on markplace there are already seling it again -,-*

also, an important thing I forgot to mention, you previously said that stock was expected today

judging by the fact that only ( 1 ) GPU was available and that you've now updated your stock expectancy on the website, it’s clear that the delivery didn’t happen

what we all want (and what we all expect) is consistent updates on the main thread

no unnecessary stories or vague explanations, just simple, concrete answers about how things are progressing

like how PostNL or DHL updates tracking information, clear, straightforward, and to the point, simple, isn’t it?
